Today everything has run smoothly. Users have been advised to keep their laptops on the network for at least 4 hours (overnight if possible) to ensure all downloads received. Whilst on the network users have been able to access most applications to do their work. In some cases by attempting to open an application they've forced a download which was fine.
I was most impressed with the engineer - Derek Trott from CCW Solutions Ltd, Aberystwyth. He was punctual, explained things in simple terms to users and nothing was too much trouble.

We would have no hesitation in using CCW Solutions in the future.
